ABOUT US
Floor Coating Warranty
in Bethesda MD
A warranty is only meaningful when the company behind it installed the floor correctly in the first place. At Antpoxy Coatings, Anthony Calderon backs every installation with a 15-year limited lifetime floor coating warranty against peeling and delamination because the standard of work on every project is what makes that commitment realistic. This is not a warranty used to close a sale. It is a reflection of how seriously we treat every job from the first step to the last.
What Our
Warranty Reflects
It Is Built on Preparation Quality
The 15-year coverage against peeling and delamination exists because our installation process is built to prevent exactly those failures. A warranty backed by shortcuts means very little. Ours is backed by full surface grinding, crack repair, and owner oversight on every project.
The Owner Stakes His Name on Every Job
Anthony is personally present on every installation from start to finish, which means the accountability behind our floor coating warranty is direct and personal. There is no crew working unsupervised. What Anthony commits to is what gets delivered.
We Do Not Offer What We Cannot Back
Antpoxy Coatings is a locally operated, non-franchise business and Anthony's reputation is tied to every floor we install. Offering a 15-year warranty without the preparation standard and owner involvement to support it is not something we are willing to do.
Long-Term Performance Is the Goal From Day One
Our focus on every project is not how the floor looks on installation day. It is how it performs years down the line. The warranty exists because we are confident in that long-term outcome.
What the
Warranty Covers
Protection Against Peeling
The warranty covers peeling that results from installation defects or adhesion failure caused by our workmanship. If the floor peels due to something on our end, we stand behind it.
Protection Against Delamination
Delamination caused by installation-related issues is covered for the full 15-year term. This reflects our confidence in both the preparation process and the materials used on every project.
Owner-Backed Accountability
Because Anthony runs a locally operated business and is present on every job, warranty follow-through is personal and direct. You are not dealing with a franchise call center. You are dealing with the person who installed your floor.
Coverage That Starts With Honest Communication
Before every installation we walk through what the warranty covers and what falls outside its scope. Honest communication upfront is part of how we operate and that extends to warranty expectations as well.
WHAT IS OUR STANDARD
The Antpoxy Standard on Every Project
Antpoxy Coatings delivers a level of personal accountability that franchise operations cannot match. Anthony's concrete background, meticulous preparation standard, and hands-on presence on every job are what give the 15-year warranty real meaning. Contact Antpoxy Coatings today to discuss your project across Bethesda, Columbia, Ellicott City, Annapolis, and surrounding Maryland areas.

ABOUT US
Meet antpoxy coatings, bethesda's owner-led floor coating experts
Trusted experts for durable epoxy floors
Antpoxy Coatings is a locally operated, owner-run company homeowners across Bethesda MD rely on for garage floors, basements, patios, porches, and sheds. Anthony Calderon founded the company on a straightforward belief: thorough preparation is what determines whether an epoxy floor performs for fifteen years or fails in two.
Calderon's craftsmanship delivers durable epoxy floors
Anthony's foundation in the trade goes back to working alongside his father in concrete, where he developed a hands-on understanding of substrates, slab behavior, and how surface conditions affect the long-term durability of any epoxy floor coating. That background is what sets Antpoxy apart from contractors who follow a script. Anthony reads each concrete floor differently and prepares it accordingly, using professional grade tools and premium materials, never applying a coating to a surface that has not been properly ground, tested, and corrected.
Owner-supervised projects ensure quality and service.
Every project is owner-supervised from consultation to completion. Anthony is personally on every job, overseeing each stage of the process with the same dedicated standard of care regardless of the size of the space. Homeowners deal directly with the person doing the work, not a franchise coordinator or a salesperson who will not be on-site.

Why Bethesda homeowners choose Antpoxy Coatings?
Expert epoxy flooring installation
Homeowners who want epoxy flooring in Bethesda MD installed correctly choose Antpoxy because Anthony brings a level of concrete knowledge that most epoxy contractors simply do not have. Every garage floor and concrete floor is tested for moisture before any material goes down, every crack is repaired before grinding begins, and every system is matched to the specific surface conditions and use of the space.
Durable epoxy flooring installation
A legacy of durable
and beautiful floors
From garage floors to basements across greater Maryland, Antpoxy Coatings has transformed hundreds of square feet of concrete into high-performance surfaces. Every epoxy floor coating and polyaspartic floor Anthony installs is built to maintain a smooth, clean finish, resist stains, protect against chemical spills and oil, and preserve the structural integrity of the slab beneath it.
A properly installed garage floor epoxy does more than improve the appearance of a space. It creates a low-maintenance surface that stands up to daily use, protects against moisture, dust, and temperature changes, and adds lasting style and functionality to any home. Homeowners across Bethesda MD, Silver Spring, and surrounding MD communities experience these results firsthand with every Antpoxy installation.
Our installation process
Moisture Testing and Evaluation
Anthony tests every garage floor and concrete floor for moisture before any grinding or coating begins, identifying conditions that would cause delamination or adhesion failure if left unaddressed. This evaluation determines which epoxy floor coating or polyaspartic floor coating is right for the surface and prevents the most common cause of premature failure.
Mechanical Grinding and Surface Preparation
Full surface grinding opens the concrete floor profile and creates the mechanical bond required for any epoxy coating to adhere properly over time. Cracks, tears, and surface imperfections are repaired during this stage using professional grade tools, ensuring the slab is structurally ready and the texture is correct before any material is applied.
Base Coat Application
The epoxy floor base coat is applied to the prepared surface using a system selected specifically for the slab conditions and the intended use of the space. Anthony oversees this stage personally, ensuring consistent coverage, proper layer thickness, and correct application throughout.
Protective Topcoat and Seal
A protective topcoat is applied over the base layer to seal the system, protect against chemical spills, resist stains, and deliver the smooth, finished appearance the coating is designed to provide. The result is a durable epoxy floor that holds up to daily use, oil, dirt, spills, and the demands of real garage and basement life.

Frequently Asked
Questions
The warranty covers peeling and delamination resulting from installation defects for 15 years from the date of completion. It is a reflection of the preparation standard and material quality behind every project we install.
Yes, the 15-year limited lifetime warranty applies to our installations across garage floors, basement floors, patios, porches, and shed floors. Coverage is consistent because our preparation and installation standard is consistent across every project.
Damage caused by abuse, improper maintenance, or conditions outside the scope of the installation are not covered. We explain these boundaries clearly before work begins so expectations are aligned from the start.
Because Anthony operates the business personally, warranty concerns are handled directly with the owner and not routed through a franchise system or third party. That direct accountability is part of what makes working with a locally operated company different.
A long-term warranty signals that the contractor is confident enough in their work to stand behind it for years. It also means they have no incentive to cut corners during installation because they would be the ones responsible for fixing it later.
